I'm former MTV star and three times World Kick Boxing Champion Aron Williams and I am bringing you my vast experience and knowledge in sports science and combat to the North East of England. I work exclusively with PUMA Hotels and I am based in the upmarket Redworth Hall gymnasium in County Durham. Whether you are planning your wedding, split from a relationship or are simply feeling overweight and lethargic, I have a bespoke programme for you.
The full training is no more than three hours a week and is combined with a new diet that currently has a minimum weight loss of 8lb in a week. Most clients already engaged in my programmes are typically in their 40's but our youngest client is 15 and our oldest 74. Numbers are limited so be quick to enquire to secure availability. Times are available during the day from 6am to 9pm.
