The gas fire is an Inset Live Fuel Effect appliance that would provide radiant warmth utilising the latest type burner technology.This fire is up for sale it is approximatley 18 months old and althought it has sat in a fire surround it has never been attached to the gas mains so therefore has never been used, it comes with full installation instructions and some other bits but not sure what they are for but they came with the fire when bought.
